For over 25 years, Hudapack Metal Treating of Illinois Inc. has been the primary source for the austempering process for the industrial companies in over 12 states. Our 44,000 square foot facility is located in Glendale Heights, IL. We have 4 continuous and 2 salt-to-salt austempering lines which makes us one of the largest austempering facilities in the country. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our own fleet serves a 100 mile radius; mostly, in Illinois and Wisconsin. Work from other states is delivered by a common carrier and our shipping/receiving department is also open 24/7.

The CEO and the owner of our company, Earl J. Pack has over 50 years of heat treatment experience. We have a very stable work force with over 70% of our employees working at our company for over 15 years.

Our fleet of trucks offers daily pickup and delivery service in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. The efficient use of common carriers has expanded our coverage throughout the 48 states.
